AlphaOmega

Development Group

Power · Water · Stewardship

AlphaOmega is a community‑centric development group.

To us, a site is not land. It is a system: transmission capacity with a clear interconnection path, gas for on-site generation, a water strategy the county can sustain, diverse fiber, road and rail, and an entitlement record secured in sequence. We plan every one of these systems together from the outset, and we bring communities and stakeholders in early, while their input can still shape the design. The result is a campus that energizes on schedule, runs efficiently for decades, and leaves the community that hosts it stronger.

The anatomy of an energizable site

Ten conditions, assessed for every site.

Rendered plan of a data center campus: three data halls with rooftop cooling and generator yards, a substation fed by transmission lines, natural gas, water, fiber, road and rail arriving from outside, with the host community and public authorities nearby.
  1. Land

Parcel control, title, topography and room to expand.

  2. Location

City and county posture, zoning and incentives.

  3. Transportation

Highway, airport and rail access for construction and operations.

  4. Transmission

Distance to high-voltage lines and substations.

  5. Water

A water plan the county can live with.

  6. Natural Gas

Pipeline proximity and capacity for on-site generation.

  7. Power Availability

Utility, contracted and on-site paths to energization, and when each arrives.

  8. Fiber

Dark fiber, carriers and route diversity.

  9. Environmental

    Climate, habitat and environmental review.

  10. Development Status

Site control, agreements and permits, and the order in which they were secured.

The host community

The host community

AlphaOmega designs every project so that the host community is a beneficiary, not a bystander: reliable power at terms the community can use, water capacity that supports local agriculture, schools and households, workforce pipelines that hire from the region, and a long-term presence that does not extract and leave.
