The Mandate

Power · Water · Stewardship

AlphaOmega exists to steward power and water infrastructure for future generations by reaching the places and the people that need it most, and to direct a portion of every dollar earned toward the people and works that exist to serve those in the greatest need.

AlphaOmega operates under a single mandate, carried across every division: to serve the Kingdom of God, to enable and support that Kingdom in everything we build, and to ensure alignment with His will in the decisions the company makes.

Every project we build, every contract we sign, every dollar of margin we earn is structured to do two things at once. To meet a real human and industrial need — reliable electricity, clean water, durable digital infrastructure — and to generate the resources that fund a Kingdom-aligned earmark dedicated to the orphan, the widow, the displaced, the persecuted, the hungry, and the poor.

The name

The name

I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.

Revelation 22:13

The name is not decoration. It is a declaration.

The company opens under the authority of Jesus Christ and closes under His authority. The faith is named openly, and it is never used to sell anything.

Whom we serve

Three circles, one center.

IIIIII
  1. I

    Those in greatest need

Orphans, widows, the displaced, the persecuted, the hungry and the poor. The earmark exists for them.

  2. II

    The communities our infrastructure serves

The towns, counties and rural regions that host large loads. AlphaOmega designs every project so that the host community is a beneficiary, not a bystander: reliable power at terms the community can use, water capacity that supports local agriculture, schools and households, workforce pipelines that hire from the region, and a long-term presence that does not extract and leave.

  3. III

    Our partners and counterparties

Hyperscalers, utilities, IPPs and developers, municipalities and state authorities, equipment manufacturers, landowners and capital partners. Service here means doing what we said we would do, on time, at the quality bar we set.

The Kingdom Earmark

Committed at the charter, before any other distribution.

A share of AlphaOmega's annual profit is committed at the charter level, in perpetuity, before any other distribution, to a dedicated non-profit stewarded by the founding partners. The board cannot vote it away. The share rises over the company's first five years.

Allocation is reviewed each year for directness of impact and the integrity of the receiving organization. The first cycle serves the orphan, the widow, the displaced, the persecuted, the hungry and the poor, at home and abroad.

The founding partners read the Annual Mandate Report together, in person, every year.

The standard

The standard

For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me … as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.

Matthew 25:35, 40

Each year's allocation is weighed against this standard.

Unless the Lord builds the house, those who labor build in vain.

Psalm 127:1
