AlphaOmega Companies Ltd.

Effective 2026

This policy describes the personal information AlphaOmega Companies Ltd. collects through ao‑companies.com, what we do with it, and the choices you have. It covers this site and the email address published on it. The site runs no analytics or advertising trackers and sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Use of the site is also subject to the Legal page.

01Who is responsible

AlphaOmega Companies Ltd., 131 S. Irving St., San Angelo, Texas 76903, decides how personal information collected through this site is used. Write to contact@ao-companies.com with any question or request about it.

02What we collect

What you send us

The inquiry form on the Contact page asks for the nature of your inquiry, your name, your organization, your email address and a message. Your role and phone number are optional. The interest form on the AlphaGen page asks for a first name, last name, company and email address, and every field on it is optional. If you write to contact@ao-companies.com, we receive your email address, the name on your account and whatever you put in the message.

Please keep to what your inquiry needs. Do not send government identification numbers, financial account numbers, health information or similar sensitive personal information.

What our systems record

When you visit, our hosting provider records technical information in server logs: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, the page that referred you, and the date and time. We use it to deliver the site, keep it secure and diagnose problems.

The site's typefaces load from Google Fonts. When your browser requests them, Google receives your IP address and browser details, as any site you visit does when it receives a request. Google handles that information under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and trackers

The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and works without cookies. If that changes, we will say so on this page before it does.

03How we use it

We use what you send to read and answer your inquiry, to route it to the AlphaOmega team responsible for its subject, to consider and carry on a possible business relationship with you or your organization, and to keep a reasonable record of our dealings. We use log information to operate and secure the site and to filter spam. We also use information where the law requires it, and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for anyone's advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you wrote to us.

04Who receives it

Your inquiry is read by AlphaOmega personnel who need it to respond. Beyond them, it goes only to the following.

  • Service providers that run the site for us. Netlify hosts the site and receives form submissions, which it stores and delivers to our inbox by email. Netlify screens submissions for spam with a third-party filter, Akismet, which may receive the submission content and related technical details for that purpose. Our email provider hosts the inbox that receives inquiries.
  • Professional advisers such as our attorneys, accountants and insurers, who are bound to keep it confidential.
  • A party to a merger, financing, sale or similar transaction involving AlphaOmega, and that party's advisers, under confidentiality obligations.
  • Courts, regulators and other authorities where the law requires it, or where needed to protect people or to enforce our rights.

05How long we keep it

We keep an inquiry for as long as we need it to respond and to keep a reasonable record of our dealings with you, generally no more than three years after our last contact, unless a continuing relationship, an agreement or a legal obligation calls for longer. When that period ends, we delete the inquiry and the matching form submission. Our hosting provider keeps server logs for its own standard period.

06Security

The site and its forms are served over encrypted connections. We limit access to inquiries to the people who need them, and we choose service providers that maintain their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

07Your choices and rights

You may ask us to confirm whether we hold personal information about you, to give you a copy, to correct it, or to delete it. You may ask us to stop using it for a purpose, and where we rely on your consent you may withdraw it. Write to contact@ao-companies.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We will confirm it is you by matching details to your original inquiry, and we will respond within 45 days. If we need more time, the law allows one extension, and we will tell you why.

We honor these requests from any visitor, whether or not a particular law requires it, subject to records we must keep by law and to the need to protect other people's information.

Texas

Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including to confirm whether we process their personal data, and to access, correct, delete and obtain a copy of it. You may appeal a decision on a request by writing to contact@ao-companies.com with "Appeal" in the subject line. We will answer within 60 days of receiving the appeal. If we deny it, you may submit a complaint to the Texas Attorney General.

California

We do not sell or share personal information as California law defines those terms. California residents may make any request through the same process.

Outside the United States

AlphaOmega is based in the United States. Information you send is transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection rules may differ from those in your country. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we process your information because it is needed to respond to your request and because we have a legitimate interest in running a secure site and handling business inquiries. You may have the rights described above, and the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Browser signals

The site does not track visitors across other sites or over time, so signals such as Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track change nothing about how it behaves.

08Children

The site is written for business and industry audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.

09Other sites

Links on this site lead to sources and sites that we do not operate. This policy does not cover them, and their own policies apply.

10Changes to this policy

We post any change on this page with a new effective date. If a change materially affects information you have already given us, we will make reasonable efforts to tell you.
