AlphaOmega Companies Ltd. is a Texas corporation with its office at 131 S. Irving St., San Angelo, Texas 76903. In these terms, "AlphaOmega," "we" and "us" mean AlphaOmega Companies Ltd.

The company carries out its work under the names AlphaOmega, AlphaGen, GenX, Elari and Development Group, and through affiliated companies.

The site describes AlphaOmega's work and gives visitors a way to reach the team. You cannot buy, sell or invest through it.

Any offer of securities, equipment, services, licenses or participation in a project is made only in a definitive written agreement signed for AlphaOmega by an authorized officer, and only to persons who may lawfully receive it. What this site says about our work creates no offer, no commitment to enter into a transaction, and no right to any equipment, capacity, site, water or license it mentions.

When a matter calls for a confidentiality or non-circumvention agreement, we will propose one. Until one is signed, tell us who you are and what you are looking for, and hold back trade secrets, pricing, the identities of counterparties and similar sensitive commercial detail.

The text, design, graphics, marks and arrangement of this site belong to AlphaOmega Companies Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other law. AlphaOmega, AlphaGen, GenX, Elari and the AlphaOmega mark are names and marks used by AlphaOmega Companies Ltd. and its affiliates. The site grants no license to use them.

You may view the site and quote short passages for commentary or reporting, with attribution and a link back. Any other use needs our written permission. That includes copying, republishing, framing, scraping, and using our names or marks in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement.

Texas law governs these terms and your use of the site, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them will be brought in the state courts located in Tom Green County, Texas, or in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, San Angelo Division, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

A separate written agreement between you and AlphaOmega is governed by its own terms.

We may change these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. Using the site after that date means you accept the change.

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about your use of the site.
